The Location

These mini sessions will be located at Jacobsburg Environmental Education Center. The park provides a pavilion and a beautiful open meadow with scattered trees which is perfect for simple natural looking photos. We will be meeting in the meadow across the street (Belfast Rd.) from the Environmental Education Center.

Your Portrait Session

These sessions are 10 minutes long; we can take a lot of photos in that time. Mini sessions are the perfect opportunity to capture beautiful photos that celebrate your life! We love using these sessions to capture family portraits, newly engaged couples, maternity photos, senior photos, and doggy photos! If you'd like to get photos both with and without your dog, we ask that you have a family member or friend present to be with your dog while he or she is not being photographed.

Family Photos

Each session is limited to 6 people and multiple combinations of photos can be taken from your group (entire family, just kids, just parents, parent with each kid etc.) Parents are welcome to hold newborn infants during portraits, however babies must be able to sit up on their own in their own photos. Newborn photography requires a little more time and private sessions can be booked on another date. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled session time to check in and ensure the most photos for your gallery!

Rain Dates

Each shoot date will have a rain date the day after incase of rain. Cloudy weather but no rain? No worries! Cloudy skies provide nice soft even light for beautiful photos. If there is rain in the forecast, an email notification will be sent by 5:00pm the day before the shoot letting everyone know the shoot is rescheduled to the rain date. If it also rains on the rain date your money will be refunded or you can transfer your session to a later mini session date.

Delivery of Photographs

All of your photos will be individually retouched and delivered to you in an easy-to-use online gallery within 10 business days of your shoot date. The photos in your gallery will be watermarked; however, you will be able to download 5 high resolution non watermarked photos of your choosing. You also have the option to purchase and download the remaining images in your gallery.

It doesn't stop with digitals! I truly value printed portraits; not just pixels on a hard drive. This gallery has a built in print order tab for you to purchase quality prints and canvases. These prints are valued more and more as the years pass by. All print orders from these sessions will include free shipping!
